Yes, on a standard US women's last, with half sizes. Between sizes, take the half size up. A printed foot-measure sheet is in every box and the fit guide takes two minutes.

Your usual size fits most wide feet because the toe box is shaped like a foot. For very wide feet or a large bunion, take the half size up. Exchanges are free either way.

The insole lifts out. Flat and low-profile orthotics fit. Thick rigid ones may not; email us a photo and we will tell you honestly.

The last is roomy from the start, so one width covers standard through wide. If you have taken EE or wider in tapered shoes, you will usually take your normal length in Ample.

We don't make that promise and we won't. Ample is a comfortable, roomy, flat shoe; it is not a treatment. Many people with those conditions prefer shoes that don't squeeze or tip them forward. Ask your doctor what shoe shape suits you; ask us about fit.

If you've worn raised, cushioned shoes for years, give your legs a week: an hour or two a day, then all day. Most people feel fine from day one. If you have a diagnosed condition, check with your doctor first.

The tread is designed for wet tile and smooth floors. We will publish the slip-test report on the product page when production samples pass it.

In-stock sizes ship within one business day from our US warehouse, free, and arrive in 3–6 days. Reserved items (winter boot, summer sandal) are charged only when they ship.
