These terms apply when you use amplefootwear.com or buy from Ample Footwear. By ordering, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any sales tax the law requires. Bundle prices apply automatically in the cart. We may correct a pricing or listing error before shipping, and if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through our secure checkout. We charge you once, at the time of the order. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our shipping policy and our returns, swaps and refunds policy are part of these terms.

What our shoes are and are not

Ample shoes are roomy everyday footwear. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or a foot condition, ask your doctor before changing your footwear.

Reviews and photos

Any review or photo we show is from a real customer or is clearly labelled as a model or product render. If you send us a review or photo, you allow us to show it on our site and ads, with your first name and state only, and you can withdraw that permission by email at any time.

Our content

The words, photos and designs on this site belong to Ample Footwear. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ample Footwear is registered.
