Shipping policy

Free shipping in the United States

Every order ships free to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. There is no minimum.

When it ships

Orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Orders placed after 2 pm Pacific, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

How long it takes

Standard delivery is 5 to 7 days after it ships. We email you a tracking number the moment the carrier scans your box, and you can follow it from that email or from the chat on this site.

Where we ship

United States only for now. If you are outside the US and want a pair, email us at hello@amplefootwear.com and we will tell you as soon as we open your country.

Wrong address or need to change it

Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will fix the address before it ships. Once the carrier has it, we can no longer change it, but we will help you sort it out with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stops for more than 5 business days, or the box arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we replace the pair at no cost.
